Baahubali has changed the face of Indian cinema in international box office

Baahubali 2: The conclusion created the story at the US box office in its previews on Thursday when it made the unthinkable, unimaginable to overcome the lists. This company was more majestic because, one, the film was not a breakthrough, secondly, it is not the protagonist of the likes of Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Salman Khan, third, beat the starter cabinet bigger than everyone Times, fast & Furious 8 fourth, and more important, accomplished this venture by throwing in only 425 screens compared to the 4000 screens over FnF.

After the launch of Baahubali 2: The conclusion and its enormous success at the world box office, many consider it to have changed the face of Indian cinema and from now on, the Indian film industry will be faced as pre-Baahubali 2 and Post- Baahubali 2. And he was credited with the reason, for every film in Indian film history he witnessed a mass hysteria, like the great work of SS Rajamouli. Commercial analysts are mentioned as similar or near hysteria seen during Sholay’s time or may be, at the time of Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. And what makes Baahubali 2 more successful is that at a time when Bollywood’s great superstars are based on a party launch, made of Rs 1,000 crore more releasing in a normal holiday.

The only other film that came close to the Baahubali 2 historical figures is Dangal by Aamir Khan. The sports biopic on it’s launch was Bollywood’s greatest success. Incase beyond the crore figure then unheard of Rs 387.

The reason I’m talking about these two films, in particular, is not just because they are the two main winners in the box office, but by the fact that Indian cinema has put on the map of world cinema. So far none of the Indian films had passed bigger markets such as China or Hollywood, but both dangal and Baahubali 2: the conclusion did exactly that. Now that was something unheard of. No one in their wildest dreams could have imagined that an Indian film market would surpass Hollywood
